By accessing this website, registering to attend the Event, purchasing tickets, reserving tables, applying for sponsorship opportunities, or participating in any manner, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. ELIGIBILITY
Participation in the Event is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
The Organizer reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification at any time to verify the identity of attendees.
2. REGISTRATION AND TICKET PURCHASES
All registrations are subject to availability.
Registration shall not be considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and approved.
Each ticket or registration is issued to a specific individual and may not be transferred without the Organizer’s prior written authorization.
The Organizer reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration at its sole discretion.
3. PAYMENT POLICY
All payments shall be processed in United States Dollars (USD).
Published prices include only those benefits expressly stated within the applicable ticket or sponsorship category.
Any additional expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the participant.
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
No refunds shall be issued for:
- Voluntary cancellation by the participant.
- Failure to attend the Event.
- Travel delays.
- Immigration or visa-related issues.
- Transportation problems.
- Personal circumstances affecting the participant.
In the event the Organizer cancels the Event, participants may choose one of the following options:
a) A full refund of the amount paid; or
b) A credit toward a future edition of the Event.
5. EVENT MODIFICATIONS
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the following at any time:
- Date
- Time
- Venue
- Program
- Guests
- Speakers
- Activities
Such modifications shall not entitle participants to any additional compensation.
6. CODE OF CONDUCT
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Verbal or physical harassment.
- Discriminatory conduct.
- Intimidation.
- Disruptive behavior.
- Use of illegal substances.
- Any conduct that jeopardizes the safety or well-being of other attendees.
The Organizer reserves the right to immediately remove any individual who violates these rules without refund.
7. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND MEDIA RELEASE
By attending the Event, you irrevocably authorize the Organizer and its representatives to:
- Photograph you.
- Record video footage.
- Capture audio recordings.
- Use your image, voice, likeness, and appearance.
Such materials may be used for:
- Advertising.
- Public relations.
- Social media.
- Promotional materials.
- Printed and digital publications.
- Media coverage.
This authorization is granted worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content associated with the website and the Event, including but not limited to:
- Trademarks.
- Logos.
- Photographs.
- Videos.
- Designs.
- Text.
- Graphic materials.
is the exclusive property of the Organizer or its respective owners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Organizer shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury.
- Loss of personal belongings.
- Theft.
- Indirect damages.
- Incidental damages.
- Consequential damages.
- Technological failures.
- Events beyond its reasonable control.
Each attendee participates in the Event at their own risk.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
The Organizer shall not be responsible for any cancellation, interruption, delay, or modification resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters.
- Hurricanes.
- Floods.
- Pandemics.
- Public health emergencies.
- Government actions.
- Civil unrest.
- Terrorist acts.
- Infrastructure failures.
11. SPONSORS AND EXHIBITORS
Sponsors, exhibitors, and collaborators are solely responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and requirements applicable to their activities.
The Organizer makes no guarantee regarding business opportunities, commercial results, networking outcomes, or return on investment arising from participation in the Event.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located within the State of Florida.
